- Damage or dissatisfaction:

If you have problems with the product, please email me. I want customers to be 100% satisfied.

Please return within 30 days before receiving the item for refund. If you receive the wrong item (not the product listed), we will refund you the full amount including the return postage to Japan. However, the shipping cost of the first order is not included in the refund.

In addition, the shipping fee for returns due to the buyer's convenience will be refunded by the buyer. Also, the shipping fee for the first order is not included in the refund, only the product price will be refunded.

- Purchase lost or not received:

If you have never purchased, please contact us. We will track packages again at Japan Post or DHL. As a result of the investigation, we will issue a refund if we can not find it.
